“Who exactly is 1Law4All?” Good question!

We are everyday New Zealanders who fear for the damage being done to our country by greedy politicians and an unaccountable bureaucracy.

Our executive is a handful of volunteers from around the country. People who have all the usual work, personal and social commitments but feel someone has to make a stand.

We are purposefully a one-platform party that will not go into coalition with any other party, so there can be no subjugating of our principles in return for the baubles and trinkets of power, as some parties have done.

Our members are from all over New Zealand, from all parts of the political spectrum. To keep faith with all of them, our voting position in parliament (thinking positively!) will be based on racial and legal equality and democracy. Our candidates will not be allowed conscience votes.

What We Are Not

We are not yet well-resourced, well-connected, nor politically shrewd.

We do not yet have any significant financial backing.

Despite that, in the last 11 months we have:

  • Established our organisation, and have become an Incorporated Society;
  • Set up a website and facebook page which have proved very effective;
  • Sent possible funders copies of “Twisting the Treaty” and requests for help;
  • Distributed 152,000 brochures door-to-door and via rural delivery;
  • Placed newspaper advertisements in NBR and regional papers;
  • Organised regional public meetings to raise awareness and fight against legalised corruption in local government;
  • Encouraged members to email councillors and MPs; and
  • Gained approximately 1,150 members, some of whom are regular donors.

Not bad for a brand new organisation!

  1. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. You are to be congratulated on your achievement’s within this time frame.
    However, there is a long road ahead and you will find that some are not so hardy and single minded as one would like, therefore the attrition rate will be unavoidable as one by one they fall along the wayside.
    My disgust of this socially corrupt system lead me believe that the Maori juggernaut had won and so I went back to the UK to see out my twilight years, unaffected by the machinations of Maori, but unfortunately, my wife was not allowed permanent entry, so here I am again railing against this injustice.
    The real way in which to achieve quick results is to take it away from New Zealand and get some publications of negative reasons for people to want to settle here from Europe or elsewhere. Let me tell you, that you will soon get the attention you want. I had an article published in the Daily Mirror and I became the instrument of derision, particularly from John Banks’ talk back.

  2. Keep going 1law4all, from little acorns great oaks will grow. For me this is a political renaissance that will ultimately bring politics back to the people!

  3. as above well done a dam site more than 99.9% of New Zealanders have bothered to do to save our county from elitist racist PART Maori separatist and government dictatorship insanity

  4. Awesome 1Law4all. You have the skeleton of a political party now why don’t you start to put some flesh on the bones.
    Meeting dates, speakers etc. I would very much like to go and listen to a speaker from 1Law4All. time is running out don’t disappoint. when I see and hear what the party is going to do then my wallet will come out.

    1. Come to the AGM Stuart, and meet us. You will also get to hear our guest speaker, David Round, who is an expert on these issues.

  5. Okay 1law4all, you write about “unaccountable bureaucracy ruining our country”.

    How do you account for your unwillingness to recognise Queen Victoria’s Royal Charter of 16-11-1840, our true founding document and first constitution?

    The above document is without doubt the most important document in New Zealand’s history, it founded our nation as is the sole reason we can call ourselves New Zealanders.

    1. 1Law4All is a single issue party. The issue is equality in the law and government.
      Whether Queen Victoria’s Charter did this or that is not one of our issues or policy. It’s not something we can focus on at the moment, we have an election to prepare for. If we were to consider it at some stage it would be after the election, not now.

    2. Your absolutely right the royal charter of 16/11/1840 is the true founding document of NZ giving us independence from NSW and allowing self government. The treaty of Waitangi being just one small step in the process that lead to it. But this is all History and you’ll never get anyone to agree to these facts while the treaty is proving so financially lucrative to a few radical separatists dealing with weak government.

      The future is more important now, creating equality in law and returning to the principles of democracy. Once this is achieved historical truth will no longer be suppressed or ignored.

    1. Geoff, the AGM is on Sunday the 25th May at 1pm in Napier. If you are a member you will receive a newsletter with all the details in it in the next day or so. The info will also be put up on the front page of the website before long too.

  6. plea from 1law4all member.I have noticed some people saying they will hold back financial support until such time we have a leader or just see how it goes first; we did the same.
    i now believe this thinking is a grave mistake,the core movers of this infant party have given heaps of their time for free to help stop the wrongful gifting away of our NewZealand plus the insane power shift to separatist bit Maori .the fact is they can do little with out financial help and they need that NOW to get the ball rolling.

    if we just sit back to see what will happen nothing much will happen.

    so if you believe in equality do something now and give 1law4all a fighting chance .we going to give 500 now WHICH IS A LOT FOR US lets get the cause rolling.
